About me...
Hi, I’m Arabella, a qualified Art Psychotherapist offering online 1:1 sessions for adults. Outside of therapy, I enjoy being outdoors - whether that's in the garden, at the beach, or reading as well as rock climbing and yoga, which help me stay grounded. I work part-time with a children’s charity supporting mental health, and alongside this I offer sessions for adults. I aim to meet you where you are, bringing curiosity to your lived experience and offering a gentle, supportive, non-judgemental space. Sessions can include art, talking, or both! No experience needed.
I believe in staying curious about your lived experiences and offering a gentle, compassionate space where we can move at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to supporting you with your journey.
My Practice...
I am passionate about supporting clients exploring neurodiversity, identity, trauma, learning difficulties, stress (such as pressures of higher education), and anxiety. My practice is person-centred, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental. I’ll meet you where you are, working at your pace to create a safe, supportive space.
What is art therapy?
Art therapy is a specialised form of psychotherapy that uses art materials as a means of exploring emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. The creative process can also provide regulation and a sensory outlet, helping individuals feel more comfortable and supported as they begin to open up.
